Lyon Serti, a leader in the field of gem-setting and fine jewelry, today brings together a team of thirty on-site employees and nearly twenty independent craftsmen. The fifty-strong workforce is driven by a shared sense of innovation and quality. Lyon Serti has always been committed to regular staff training, which has led to the qualification of nearly sixty-five jobs to date. As a family-run business, Lyon Serti has retained its core values while offering its employees an exceptional and fulfilling working environment.

Technicality and Technological Innovation

Lyon Serti's 450m² workshop is a veritable showcase of technology dedicated to crimping. Modern and equipped with state-of-the-art tools, individual workstations are fully configurable to optimize output. The use of cameras and binoculars assists the company in its teleconferences and apprentice training. These technological tools guarantee impeccable quality and ultra-short crimping times for our customers, ensuring our leading position in the sector.

Willingness to innovate

For 40 years, Lyon Serti has built part of its reputation on its research and development potential in the field of crimping. Among its most notable innovations is the creation of a new crimping technique, Serti LS. Developed in 2002, this process was nominated for the Trophées de l'Innovation in 2006, and continues to drive creativity throughout the industry. Synonymous with performance and leadership, Lyon Serti continues to innovate in many areas, including tooling, workbenches, staff training and processes.

Responsible Jewellery Council

Lyon Serti is a proud member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), an international non-profit organization dedicated to promoting good practice in the jewellery industry, from setting to sales.
